Our Policies

At Future Flow GPMS, we strive to deliver projects to the highest standards. As such, there are a number of South African developed best practice guidelines, as well as internationally recognised protocols that we adhere to.

South African guidelines that are applied include:

  • water sampling techniques,
  • aquifer (pump) testing methodologies,
  • borehole and aquifer protection strategies,
  • dolomitic aquifer management,
  • landfill site study guidelines,
  • EMP basic assessments and full EIA studies guidelines, and
  • regional mine closure guidelines and principles.

Some documents and methods used are:

  • Minimum standards and guidelines for groundwater resource development for the community water supply and sanitation programme;
  • Waste – Aquifer Separation Principle (WASP); and
  • Policy and strategy for Groundwater Quality Management in South Africa.
